Collaboration of the NEBIS network head office in working on the national project: SLSP Swiss Library Service Platform

Description

The aim of the SLSP project is to prepare a central service platform for academic libraries. During the preliminary project phase the basis for the platform as well as a viable and effective organisational structure is prepared. For example, this includes specifying a service portfolio, designing an appropriate governance, producing the required IT architecture, producing a business plan, and detailed plans for the subsequent phases. For 2017 the emphasis is on founding a company (AG), setting up the SLSP office, and inviting tenders for a new library system.

Duration
