The library of the Sociological Institute was founded in 1966 and is an open-access library. A library card for “24/7” access is issued to students who are majoring in sociology. We are open Mon–Fri from 9 a.m. –5 p.m., and will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding research.
Ordering documents: Books (CHF 12 / book) and photocopies (CHF 5 / 20 pages) can be ordered to be sent by post.
The library has a scanner, photocopier/printer, a relaxation zone, a coffee machine and a kettle for tea (charged at-cost).
